ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN SEMEN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This research is meant to examine the influence of factors that affect profitability on the cement companies which
are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 5 years observation period is 2009 to 2013.The multiple linear
regressions is used as the data analysis technique and the hypothesis test has been carried out by using t-test to
examine the partial regressions coefficient to find out the influence of each variable with its significance level is
5%. Moreover, the classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicolinearity, autocorrelation
test, heteroscedasticity test has been conducted by the researcher.The result of the analysis shows that it has been
found from the t test that the working capital turnover has significant influence to the profitability with
significance 0.00, the cash turnover has significant influence to the profitability with significance 0.02, account
receivable turnover has significant influence to the profitability with significance 0.01, the inventory turnover
has significant influence to the profitability with significance 0.03. And the working capital turnover has
dominant influence to the profitability since its partial determination coefficient value is the largest which is
36.36%.
