PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PENGUNGKAPAN CSR SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

Abstract

This research is meant to examine the influence of financial performance to the firm value with the disclosure of corporate social responsibility as the moderatign variable at the non-financial State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2013 periods.The samples are 14 non-financial State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013 periods and the numbers of observation are 56 companies and they have been selected by using purposive sampling. The financial statement data and the annual statement have been obtained from the STIESIA Indonesia Stock Exchange Corner. The hypothesis test has been carried out by using the moderated regressions.The result of the research which has been done by using multiple linear regressions shows that the financial performance has significant and positive influence to the firm value. Meanwhile, the analysis of moderating variable with the interaction test method of moderated regressions analysis shows that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility which moderates the influence of financial performance on the firm value.
