Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and to examine the influence of leadership, working motivation, and
compensation to the employees’ performance on CV.Sahabat Mandiri. data is the primary data.The population is
the employees on CV.Sahabat Mandiri and the samples are 45 respondents.The multiple linear regressions analysis
is used as the data analysis technique which is meant to calculate the magnitude of the coefficient of the regression
to show the magnitude of the influence of leadership, working motivation and compensation variables to the
employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the feasibility model test shows that leadership, working motivation and
compensation variables simultaneously have significant influence to the employees’ performance on CV. Sahabat
Mandiri.The result of the examination of t-test shows that leadership has significant and positive influence to the
employees’ performance, working motivation has significant and positive to the employees’ performance, and
compensation has positive and significant to the employees’ performance on CV. Sahabat Mandiri. the result of
partial determination coefficient test (r2
) leadership is the variable which has the most dominant influence to the
employees’ performance on CV. Sahabat Mandiri.
