Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of work culture, leadership style and labor discipline to
the job satisfaction of the employees of district Rungkut Surabaya. The population is 38 people and all
of them have been used as the respondents by using the census method. The data collection technique
has been carried out by issuing questionnaires after the validity test and the reliability test has been
conducted. The multiple linear regressions are employed as the research analysis.The result of the
research describes that: 1) work culture has significant influence to the job satisfaction of the
employees of district Rungkut Surabaya; 2) leadership style has significant influence to the job
satisfaction of the employees of district Rungkut Surabaya; 3) labor discipline has significant influence
to the job satisfaction of the employees of district Rungkut Surabaya.
