Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work environment, communication and
leadership to the employees’ performance satisfaction at KPRI “Serba Usaha” MIGAS Cepu. The
respondents in this research are 50 employees of KPRI “Serba Usaha” MIGAS Cepu. The samples
determination method is performed by using saturated sampling. The research data is obtained by
distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The research hypothesis test is carried out by using
multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the test shows that work environment, leadership
and communication variables are proper to be used for the research model. This condition is supported
by the acquisition of correlation coefficient of 75.8% which shows the relation among these variables
has an influence to the employees’ work satisfaction at KPRI “Serba Usaha” MIGAS Cepu is firm.
The next result of the test shows that each of work environment, Leadership and communication
variable has positive and significant influence to the employees’ work satisfaction at KPRI “Serba
Usaha” MIGAS Cepu. This condition is indicated by the acquisition of significance level of each
variable is less than 5%.The management is recommended to develop the democratic leadership style.
It should be done in order to motivate the company’s employees to be more creative without violating
the prevailing rules therefore it will improve the performance of the employees so they will be satisfied
with their works.
