Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the confidence in the online shop which have an influence on purchase intentions on OLX with agreed manner as the mediation. The population is the students of School of Economics Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya. The sample collection has been carried out by using accidental sampling and 100 respondents have been selected as the research sample. The statistic method is carried out by using descriptive statistic and the path analysis is applied to examine the direct influence on online shop to the purchase intentions, and the indirect influence of confidence in online shop to the purchase intentions with the agreed manner as the mediation. The result of the research shows that confidence in online shop has significant and positive influence to the agreed manner; meanwhile the agreed manner has significant and positive influence to the purchase intentions. The result shows that direct influence on the online shop does not have any influence to the purchase intentions. The result of the research shows the magnitude of the influence of indirect influence on confidence in online shop to the purchase intentions through agreed manner is bigger than the direct influence of confidence in online shop to the purchase intentions.
