Abstract

This research is meant to find out and to test the influence of compensation, motivation, and work discipline variables to the employees’ performance at CV. Cemara Production Surabaya.The population is all employees of CV. Cemara Production Surabaya and 50 respondents have been selected as samples.The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions to calculate the amount of coefficient regressions in order to shows the great influence of compensation, motivation, and work discipline variables to the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the goodness of fit (F test) is used to test the model feasibility in the research. The result of F test shows that the regressions model can be used to predict the employees’ performance; the results of goodness of fit test (F test) shows that this research is feasible to be studied.The result of t test shows that the compensation has significant and positive influence to the performance; work motivation has positive influence to the employees’ performance, and work discipline has significant and positive influence to the employees’ performance at CV. Cemara Production Surabaya. Meanwhile, the compensation variable has dominant influence to the employees’ performance at CV. Cemara Production Surabaya.
