PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA INDUSTRI FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Abstract

The presence of capital market in Indonesia is marked by numerous investors who started to invest their capital in the form of stocks on various companies, one of them are Food and Beverages industries. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of financial performance which is measured by using return on equity, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, price to book value and dividend yield to the stock return on the Food and Beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 periods. The research samples are 6 Food and Beverages companies and these companies have been selected by using purposive sampling. The data is the secondary data, and these data have been obtained from the STIESIA Surabaya Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery. The analysis technique has been done by performing multiple linear regressions in order to get complete description about the correlation among variables. The result of the research shows that current ratio and price to book value has significant and positive influence to the stock return, dividend yield has significant and negative influence to the stock return. The coefficient determination of the regression model that has been obtained is 0.258 or 25.8 percent.
