Abstract

There are many factors which can influence the employees’ performance of a company e.g. leadership style which is carried out in each organization and work environment since both factors have an important role in the company objectives which is the achievement of good employees’ performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment to the employees’ performance. The population is the employees of Rumah Sakit Haji Surabaya and one hundred people have been selected as samples. The multiple regressions analysis is used as the analysis technique.The result of the test describes that the influence of leadership style and work environment variables to the employees’ performance who work at Rumah Sakit Haji Surabaya is significant. It indicates that these variables is feasible to be used in the research model. This condition is supported by the acquisition of multiple correlation coeficient which describes firm correlation among the models which are used in this research to the employees’ performance at Rumah Sakit Haji Surabaya. The next result describes that leadership style and work environment has significant influence to the employees’ performance of Rumah Sakit Haji Surabaya.
