Abstract

The high competition level which has been encountered by companies currently has given great influence to companies to keep on changing. Performance is the result of work which has been generated by the employees in accordance with their role in the company. The good performance of employees is supported by the attitude of the leader of the employees. This research is meant to find out the influence of transformational leadership style variable and work motivation variable to the performance of employees of PT. Gerai Adicipta Nusantara.The style of leadership is a style that is used by a manager in order to influence, to guide, and to coordinate employees in order to achieve effective objectives of the company. The performance of an employee in carrying out his work, one of these performances is caused and influenced by individual motivation. The population is all employees of PT Gerai Adi Cipta Nusantara, and 82 respondents have been selected as samples. The data is the primary data which has been collected by issuing questionnaires. The analysis technique is done by using multiple linear regressions analysis.For the next researcher it is recommended to conduct a research outside the variables which have been used in this research, or combine his research with one of the variables in this research.
