Abstract

The success of a company depends on the human resources which are owned by the company, human resources are the most important assets in the company. There are many ways to get the qualified human resources, among others are giving a fair compensation which expected the employees will increase the work productivity so that the company’s goal is achieved. Indeed with the goal of PT Ryan Jaya Persada Surabaya.This research is meant to i.e. (1) in order to find out the influence of giving financial compensation to the productivity of employees’ work; (2) in order to find out the influence of provision of non-financial compensation to the productivity of employees’ work; (3) as well as to find out the dominant influence between the provision of financial compensation and provision of non-financial compensation to the work productivity of the employees.It has been found from the result of the research that the results of several variables are: (1) the provision of financial compensation has proven the significant and positive influence to the work productivity of the employees on PT Ryan Jaya Persada Surabaya; (2) the provision of non-financial compensation has proven that it has significant and positive influence to the work productivity of the employees on PT Ryan Jaya Persada Surabaya; (3) the provision of financial compensation has dominant influence to the work productivity of the employees on PT Ryan Jaya Persada Surabaya.
