PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN PARTISIPATIF KOMUNIKASI KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi kasus pada PT Dika Transindo Jaya Klaten Jawa Tengah)

Abstract

This research airned to examine the effect of participative leadership style, communication and teamwork on the employees performance of PT Dika Transindo Jaya Klaten, Central Java. While, the research was quantitative with causal-comparative as its approach. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT Dika Transindo Jaya Klaten, Central Java. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with, there were 77 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions)20. The research result concluded partisipative leadership style had positive and significant effect on employees performance with significance of α = 0.041 < 0.05. Likewise, communication had positive and significant effect on employees performance with significance of α = 0.015 < 0.05. Similar to, teamwork had positive and significant effect on employees performace with significance of α = 0.007 < 0.05. In brief, within this research, teamwork was the dominant one.
