Abstract

The value of the company is one of the considerations of investors in making investments to maintain cooperation between the company and investors must pay attention to the value of the company because of the evidence of the company's performance that can affect the perception of investors. Due to high firm value, which one of the objectives of company’s owner, it also reflects prosperity of the stakeholders. It means, the management should maximize prosperity of the stakeholders. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect profitability, firm growth, and firm sie on firm value. Moreover, the population was 25 go public Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 13 go public Food and Beverages companies as sample during observation 2014-2018. Additionally, according to proper model test of regression, the research result, from hypothesis test, concluded profitability and had positive and significant effect on firm value. Likewise, firm size had positive and significant effect on firm value. On the other hand, firm growth had positive but insignificant effect on firm value.
