Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of motivaton, compensation and work satisfaction on employees’ performance of PT. Labora Duta Anugrah Surabaya. While, good employees are the ones who have higher performance and able to run their own operational. Moreover, PT. Labora Duta Anugrah Surabaya developed thier employees; performance by motiovating the employees in order to handle their problems and giving appropriate compensation based on ther performance. As consequencem there would be work satisfaction among each employee. Furthermore, motivation, compensation and work satisfaction were measured by questionnaries. The questionnaries were given to employees which used as sample, so that, the researcher would know the data and able to count the result. The research was quantitative. Additionally, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 35 sample form 50 respondents of PT. Labora Duta Anugrah Surabaya. in addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS 20. The research result concluded motivation had significant effect on eployees’ performance. Likewise, compensation had significant on employees’ performance. Similarly, work satisfaction had significant effect on employees’ performance.
