Abstract

The success of organization depends greatly on employees performance. While, each organization or company will try to improve their employees performance in order to achieve its objectives. Moreover, in order to increase the employees performance. There are many factors should be concern by the company namely self efficacy, employees compensation, and work discipline. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the effect of self efficiency and compensation on employees performance through work discipline of Laksmi Muslimah Surabaya.The population was employees of Laksmi Muslimah Surabaya. Furthermore, the research was quantitative. Additionally, the data were primary with questionnaire as the instrument. The questionnaire were distributed to 70 respondents with saturated sampling technique. In addition, the data analysis technique used path analysis with SPSS 20. The research result concluded self efficiency had positive and significant effect on work dicpline with coefficient regression of 0.628. Likewise, compensation had positive and significant effect on work discipline with coefficient regression of 0.437. Meanwhile, self efficiency had positive and significant effect on employees performance with coefficient regression of 0.655. Similarly, work discipline had positive and significant effect on employees performance with coefficient regression of 0.364. In brief, work discipline had intervened the correlation between self efficiency and work performance which had positive and significant effect with coefficient regression of 0.126.
