Abstract

This research aimed to examine the employees’ status and work environment on employees’ performance of PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) branch of Central Surabaya. While, the research was quantitative, in which the research aimed to find out the correlation between employees status and work environtment on employees’ performance. Moreover, the data collection technique were 104 samples of PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) branch of Central Surabaya. Futhermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear SPSS (Statistical Product and Social Science) 24.The research result concluded employees’ status had positive and significant effect on employees performance. This was occurred as in Indonesia the employees status was clear and there was level of career which should be fulfilled in order to have the needs Likewise, work environment had positive and significant effect on employees performance. In other words, a conducivework environment would increase employees performance also
