Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on teachers’ performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ibnu Husain Surabaya. The population was all teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ibnu Husain Surabaya. While, the research was quantitative.Moreover, The datawere primary with questionnaires as the instrument. The questionnaires were distributed to respondents. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population were the sample. In line with, there were 45 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 24. The research results concludedLeadership Style had positive but insignificant effect on teachers’ performance with coefficient regression of 0.687. Likewish,Work environtmentgave positive but insignificant effect on teachers’ performance with coefficient regression of 0.032. On the other hand, motivation had positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance with coefficientregression of 0.367.
