Abstract

Labor productivity is a condition on in which the employees can perform their job and exceed the targets which has been set by the company. Labor productivity reflects the effort of the employee performance to the job, how the employees are very responsible for their work. It can be seen on the positive attitude of the employee when the employee can achieve the company objectives. He purpose of this research is to find out the influence of motivation and incentive to the labor productivity. The population is the production employees at PT. Interglobal E.P Gresik which has been done by using saturated sampling technique and the samples are 87 peoples. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis, Goodness of Fit test by using F test, the multiple determination coefficient, and t test. The results of the t test shows that motivation give significant influence to the employee work productivity at PT. Interglobal E.P. The incentives give significant influence to the employee work productivity PT. Interglobal E.P Gresik. Motivation give dominant influence to the employee work productivity of PT. Interglobal E.P Gresik. Based on the result of the research, it is suggested to PT. Interglobal E.P Gresik in order to keep increase motivation as employee morale given to employees and also pay attention to incentives given to employees to further increase its performance so as to produce high productivity.
