PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine dan to prove the influence of organizational culture and job stress to
the employee performanc and job satisfaction as intervening variable. The population is all employees on Blue
Bird Taxi Surabaya Darmokali. The samples are 100 employees at the productive and nonproductive age. The
question has been given by issuing questionnaires and distributed by using judgment sampling technique. The
data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and
path analysis. The result of the research path analysis and t test shows that (1) organizational culture has
positive and significant influence to the job satisfaction; (2) job stress has positive and significant to the job
satisfaction; (3) organizational cultural has positive and significant influence to the employee performance; (4)
job stress has positive and significant influence to the employee performance; (5) job satisfaction has positive
and significant influence to the employee performance; (6) organizational culture has influence to the employee
performanceas the intervening variable can be accepted; (7) job stress has influence to the employee performance
through job satisfaction as the intervening variable can be accepted.
