Abstract

Firm value is the investors' perception regarding the level of company success and its value, in which referred to Price Book Value (PBV). While, this research aimed to determine the effect of profitability, which referred to Return On Asset (ROA), leverage which referred to Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and dividend policy which referred to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on the firm value of some Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 - 2018. The population was 15 Food and Beverages companies. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 7 companies as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 25. According to the research result, it concluded profitability as well as leverage had significant effect on the firm value. On the other hand, dividend policy had insignificant effect on the firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
