PENGARUH NPM, ROA, DER, DPR TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

Having stock return is the objective of investors to invest some money in capital market. As consequence, they will do everything in order to get its return for instance, having self-analysis on the behavior of stock trade and using some facilities of capital market analysis. While, there where some information used as benchmark of companies level of stock return which namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Meanwhile, the population was 24 food and beverage companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 8 companies as sample. Furthermore, the analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result concluded Net Profit Margin (NPM) did not effect the stock return. On the other hand, Return On Assets (ROA) had significant effect on the stock return. Likewise, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had significant effect on the stock return. In addition, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had significant effect also on the stock return.
