Abstract

Human resources is one of the important elemens in achieving job productivity. Without it, company cannot run as good as it takes. As consequence, the company’s objectives are not accomplished. This research aimed to find out the effect of job training, compensation and work discipline on employees’ perfomence of Topsell group, branch Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with, there were 32 respondents as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. According to the research result, it concluded job training had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. It mean, the higher the quality of job, training, the higher the employees’ performance would be. Likewise, compensation had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. In other word, properly compensation would give positive effect on employees’ performance. Similarly, work discipline had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. It mean, employees could have their better performace as they applied higher job discipline.
