Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of Achievement Motivation and organization culture on employees’ performance through work satisfaction of PT Adira Insurance, Surabaya. While, the population was PT Adira Insurance, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population were the sample. In line with, there were 91 respondent as sample. Meanwhile, the instrument in data collection used questionnaires. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used path analysis with SPSS 20. The research result concluded Achievement Motivation had positive and significant effect on work satisfaction for about 0,008. Likewise, organization culture had positive and significant effect on work satisfaction for about 0,000. Additionally, Achievement Motivation had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance for about 0,004. Similarly, organization culture had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance for about 0,036. Whereas, work satisfaction had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance for about 0,019. In Additional, work satisfaction was able to mediate the correlation between Achievement Motivation and employees’ performance which had postive and significat effect for about 0,0472. Similar with, work satisfaction was able to mediate the correlation between organization culture and employees’ performance which had positive and significant effect for about 0,0124.
