Abstract

Human is the primary input of a company in producing goods, therefore the improvement of employee productivity requires more attention in order to sustain the business growth of the company and the consistency of the comany in the current modern world. This research is meant to analyze and to prove the influence of motivation, salary and leadership to the employee productivity. The population is 40 employees of CV. Pelita Mas Anugrah. The sample collection technique has been done by using saturated sampling technique or total sampling technique, therefore, the entire population becomes the sample of this research. The data analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that motivation, salary and leadership has been run in line with the employee productivity in production department of CV. Pelita Mas Anugrah, Gresik. Therefore it can be stated that the productivity of employee performance in production department at CV. Pelita Mas Anugrah, Gresik is totally influenced by motivation, salary and leadership which is in effect in the company.
