Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of the compensation on the productivity of the employees. The population is all employees of PT Hutomo Raharjo Prasojo and the sample collection technique has been carried out saturated sampling technique and 43 people have been selected as samples. The analysis technique has been conducted by using multiple regressions analysis. The result of the test indicates that compensation, leadership and working atmosphere has influence to the work productivity of the employees of PT Hutomo Raharjo Prasojo. The result indicates that the models which have been used in this research are feasible to be continued for the following analysis. This result is supported by the level of multiple correlation coefficients of 80.1% shows that the correlation among these variables to the work productivity of the employees of PT Hutomo Raharjo Prasojo Surabaya is firm. The result of the test also shows that variables i.e.: compensation, leadership, and work atmosphere each of them has significant and positive influence to the work productivity of the employees and compensation is the variable which has dominant influence to the work productivity of the employees.
