Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of likuidity (CR), profitability (ROE), and market ratio (EPS) on the stock price of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The research was quantitative. While, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population were the sample. In line with, there were 11 companies as sample. Moreover, the data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression. The research result, from descriptive statistics, concluded liquidity (CR), profitability (ROE), market ratio (EPS) and stock price were low. Additionally, from classical assumption test, it concluded all variables had meet the assumption and there was no violation. Likewise, from proper model test, it also concluded the regression model was properly used. In addition, from hypothesis test, it concluded likuidity (CR), profitability (ROE) had significant effect on the stock price. On the other hand, market ratio (EPS) had insignificant effect on the stock price.
