Abstract

This research aimed to find out how big the effect of work environment, work discipline, compensation on employees’ performance of PT. DREAM TOUR & TRAVEL, Surabaya. The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with 50 samples of employees who worked at PT. DREAM TOUR & TRAVEL, Surabaya. Additionally, the independent variables were work environment, work discipline and compensation. While, the dependent variable was employee performance. Moreover, the testing instrument used validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. Based on the research result, from t-test, it concluded work environment had insignificant effect on employees’ performance of PT. DREAM TOUR & TRAVEL, Surabaya with significance of 0.099 > 0.05. On the other hand, work discipline had significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. DREAM TOUR & TRAVEL, Surabaya with significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Likewise, compensation had significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. DREAM TOUR & TRAVEL, Surabaya with significance of 0.006 < 0.05.
