Abstract

The research aimed to find out and examine the effect of motivation , organization commitment and work satisfaction on employyes performance of Bank Jatim, Dr. Soetomo Branch Office, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. While, the population was 66 employees bank jatim, Dr. Soetomo branch office, surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population could be the sample futhermore, the instrument was quesionnaries. The quessionaries were distributed directly to the respondent. Futhermore, the data analysist technique used multiple liniear regression which aimed to find out how the effcet of motivation, organization commitment and work satisfaction on employee performance. The research reslut concluded motivation had significant effect on employee performance of bank jatim. Dr, soetomo branch office, surabaya.likewise, work satisfaction had insignifiacnt effect on employees performance of bank jatim, Dr. Soetomo branch office surabaya. On the other hand, organizational commitment had signifiacnt effect on employees performnace of bank jatim dr soetomo branch office, surabaya.
