Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of reward, occuptional health and safety, and work environment on employees’ work satisfaction of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, Surabaya branch office. The research was quantitative. While, the population was all employees of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, Surabaya branch office. Moreover, the data collection technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. In line with, there were 88 employees as sample. Furthermore, the instrument was questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded reward had positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, Surabaya branch office. On the other hand, occuptioal health and safety had negative and insignificant effect on employees’ work satisfaction of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, Surabaya branch office. In contrast, work environment had positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, Surabaya branch office.
