Abstract

The organization objectives can be achieved as many as possible when it is supported by good employee performance. To gain good employee performance, structurize and effective guidance have to be applied. The company in an effort to move employees willing to work more productive in accordance with the predetermined company objectives. This research has been conducted with the purpose to analyze the influence of promotions, work discipline and compensation to employee performance at PT DOK Surabaya. The population is all employees who have been working on the production department of PT DOK Surabaya. The sample collection technique has been done by using total sampling in which all employees of production department become the samples, hereinafter become the respondents. Thus the samples are 50 respondents. The data is the primary data has been obtained by the author directly from the institution managers and employees of PT DOK in the production department through interviews and list of questions in the form of questionnaires. In an effort to answer the problems in this research multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regresion) will be applied. The result of the research shows that promotions have significant influence to the performance of employees at PT DOK Surabaya. Work discipline have significant influence to the employee performance of employees at PT DOK Surabaya. Compensation significant effect to the employee performance at PT DOK Surabaya.
