Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work culture to the employee performance. The sample collection method has been carried out by using cluster random sampling technique. The numbers of samples are 100 respondents. The independent variables in this research i.e.: leadership style (GK); work culture (BK); work environment (LK), and the dependent variable is attendance and punctuality of work (KW); responsibility to the work (TJ); work quality (KP); cooperation with other employees (KR).Based on the result of the f test, it shows that the regressions model is feasible to be used in this research. The result of this research shows that there is significant correlation among leadership style, work culture, and work environment to the employee performance at CV.GunaHarsa.Therefore, CV.GunaHarsa should maintain the leadership style which has been implemented and to enhance as well as to improve the performance of leadership. CV.GunaHarsa should pay attention to their policy which is related to work culture. Because a strong work culture will make some adjustments(goal) among groups or employees within organization and finally it willencouragegoodperformance. CV.GunaHarsa should pay attention to the employee work environment because it is the most influentialfactor toward the employee performance.
