Abstract

This research aimed to test and analyse the influence of work environment, motivation, and compensation to the
employee performance PT. Kedawung Setia Corrugated Carton Box Industrial Surabaya. The source of data were
primary data that was gained from questionnaires to the respondents. Population of this research used saturated
sampling technique. Based on the criteria which has been determined, this research used population of 41
employees. Analysis method used quantitative data analysis with the help of SPSS 23 for windows version. The
result showed that working environment had positive and significant influence of the employee performance with
regression coefficient of 0,318 and significant level 0,012. Motivation had positive and significant influence of the
employee performance with regression coefficient of 0,115 and significant level 0,035. Compensation had positive
and significant influence of the employee performance with regression coefficient of 0,655 and significant level
0,000.
