Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the influence of participatory leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance in Java Paragon Hotel And Residences. The population in this study were all employees in the Java Paragon Hotel And Residences which numbered 112 employees. The sampling technique used through random sampling techniques using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents, namely employees who are in Java Paragon Hotel And Residences. The analysis used in this study is the validity test with the pearson correlation, reliability test using cronboach alpha, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple coefficient of determination with R test and R2, the feasibility test of the regression model with the F test and the partial test with the t test. Whereas the regression and partial analysis shows that participatory leadership style, compensation, and motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with variables that have a dominant influence because they have the greatest partial coefficient of determination compared to participatory leadership style and compensation .
