Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and K3 to the employees’ performance at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of East Java. This research used quantitative research. The population of this research used 30 employees of Human Resources Department at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of East Java, this research used saturated sampling wich were all the research population, and data collection used questionnaire method. The analysis of data processed used SPSS 23 version, the data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient determination (R2) analysis, classic assumption test, feasibility test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research showed that the leadership style gave negative and insignificant influence to the employees’ performance with the regressions value was -0,061 and the significance value was 0,698; the work discipline gave positive and significant influence to the employees’ performance with the regressions value was 0,755 and the significance value was 0,010; and the K3 gave positive but insignificant influence to the employees’ performance with the regressions value was 0,103 and the significance value was 0,713. The result of this research were all the independent variable i.e leadership style, work discipline, and K3 to the dependent variable i.e employees’ performance showed positive and significant influence value was 0,002.
