Abstract

Each organization has to develop its human resources. In this case, labors need to give their commitment on the organization. This reflects member’s level of sincerity in carrying out their duties and functions. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the effect of motivation, competence, and job satisfaction on organizational commitmen of Sat Lantas Polresta Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative. While, the population was member of Sat Lantas Polresta Sidoarjo. Moreover, data collection technique used simple random sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly in sprite of strata within the population. In line with, there were 65 respondents as sample. Furthemore, the instrument used questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The research result concluded motivation had positive had and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Sat Lantas Polresta Sidoarjo, competence had positive had and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Sat Lantas Polresta Sidoarjo, job satisfaction had positive had and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Sat Lantas Polresta Sidoarjo.
