Abstract

Company’s success can be determined by its employees’ performance. While, the performance which reflect its
responsibilities reflect the company’s objective achievement. Moreover, in order to achieve the objective, each
employee has its own liabilities which need to be accomplished. Therefor, this environment on the employees’
performance pf PT. Orang Tua, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was some
employees pf PT. Orang Tua. Besides, the data were primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique was
saturated sampling. In line with, there were 40 respondents as sample. Additionally, the instrument was
questionnaires. In addition, the data analisys technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Stastistical
Product and Servicer Solution 23).The research result concluded self-efficacy, training, and working environment
had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, based on the determination
coefficient (R Square), I showed there was 0,787 or 78,7%, On the other hand, the remaining 21.3% was described
by other variables which not included in this research.
