Abstract

Higher employees’ performance can be achieved if all elements in organization are well- integrated and run well according to its needs. Therefore, it required discipline, motivation, and leadership style in order to increase the employees’ performance. One of the companies was PT Sinar Surabaya Sakti, which increase the employees’ permformance by having good relationship among them. Thus, it motivated each employees.This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of discipline, motivation, and leadership style on the employees’ performance. Moreover, the research was descriptive. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with, there were 62 employees as sample. Additionally, the instrument was questionnaires. In addition, The data analysis technique used multiple liniear regression.The research result concluded discipline, motivation, and leadership style had positive and significant effecr on the employees’ performance. This was supported by R square which 0.518 or 51.8% in other words, discipline, motivation, and leadership style had dominant effect on the employees’ performance.
