Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of competencies, individual characteristics, and organizational commitment on the employees’ performance of PT. Chalidana Inti Permata.The research was descriptive-quantitative. While, the population was some employees of PT. Chalidana Inti Permata. Moreover, there were 52 employees as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.Based on the research result, in concluded as follow: Competencies had positive and significant effect on the employees’ competencies, the higher the employees’ performance. Organizational commitment had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. In other words, the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the employees’ performance. Individual characteristic had positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance. It meant, the individual characteristics did not affect the employees’ performance of PT. Chalidana Inti Permata.
