Abstract

The development of an uncertain world at this time requires companies to be more creative in managing their businesses. This requires the company to create high employee performance for the development of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, supervision and work discipline on employee performance. The analysis technique used to analyze the effect of the variables in this study is to use multiple regression analysis, and t test. The population used in this study is the Surabaya Industrial Training Center (BDI) employees with the sampling technique using saturated sampling (census), then the number of samples obtained as many as 50 people. The results of this study are the data taken have fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing using the model feasibility test is known to have a significance value smaller than alpha 0.05, this means that the leadership style, supervision and work discipline have a decent model on employee performance. While testing using the t test showed that the independent variables studied were proven to significantly affect employee performance variables
