Abstract

Human Resources is one of the important factors in company. Besides, it becomes main sector which carry out various operational activities in achieving company’s objectives. Therefore, in order to regulate, direct, and monitor every goals. While, transformational leadership style was the one which suitable with Auto 2000, Kertajaya, Surabaya. However, in the implementation, the manager could not have it optimally within company. This was causedas there were still in-equalities of employees’ performance who work on Auto 2000 Kertajaya. Moreover, it happened as there was some obstacles in self-motivation which in the form of employees’ potency and their working talent. This research aimed to examine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and working communication on the employees’ performance. Furtheremore, the research was descriptive-quantitative. Additionally, the data collection technique used proportioned random sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly and proportionally based on its strata. In line with, there were 98 people as sample.
