Abstract

The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on the increasing number of new business units, namely the retail business, both small, medium and large scale. Along with the development of the retail business that is not managed traditionally, but in a modern way there is phenomenon of decline in income. This research aimed to find out the effect of service quality, prize, and location consument satisfaction at Toko Mina I Sidotopo Wetan, Surabaya. The data collection technique used questionnaires to respondents who bought at Toko Mina I Sidotopo Wetan, Surabaya. The method used accidental sampling with 98 respondents as samples. In addition, the analysis technique used multiple regression linier with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The partial testing or T-test result found that service quality, prize and location was significant on consument satisfaction at Toko Mina I Sidotopo Wetan, Surabaya. This was due to the significant effect for less than  = 5% on each dependent variables. While, the independent variable simultaneously had significant effect on dependent variables with significant level of 0.000
