Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of workload, work environment, and motivation of employee performance of PT Para Bathara Surya particularly in driver unit. While, employees who have good performance are the ones have high performance and they are able to run the company’s operational in order to achieve positif effect and company’s mission and vision, PT Para Bathara Surya at this point, the company determined the employees performance by giving appropriate workload in accordance with their ability particularly the drivers. Beside, the company also considered its work environment suit with the drivers convenience. Moreover, the manager should motivate the employee in good way. The research descriptive with questionnaire as the instrument. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with 60 drivers as the respondent. The research result concluded workload, work environment, and motivation had significant effect on the employees performance. It meant, the workload hd with positive coefficient value of 0,268 and Sig was 0,00. Likewise, the work environment showed positive coefficient value of 0,359 and Sig was 0,029. In addition, motivation had positive coefficient value of 0,371 and Sig was 0,01.
