Abstract

Employees’ performance will improve if there is a good organizational culture, good leadership, and creation of organizational commitment. This research aimed to find out the effect of organizational commitment on the DISPUSIP employees’ performance of Surabaya. While, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used proportionate stratified random sampling with questionnaire as the instrument. In line with, there were 121 workers as sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded organizational culture had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance as it created good organizational culture. Furthermore, leadership had a positive and significant effect on the emlppoyees’ performance since a leader who implemented its duties would improve the employees’ performance. Likewise, organizational commitment had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance since if the organizational commitment which was built by employees carried out well, the emlpoyee’s performance would be better.
