Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of compensation, leadership style and work characteristic on the employee’s performance at PT. Krisanthium Offset Printing Surabaya. This research used quantitative research. The data collection technique used survey method. Data used primary data that issued questionnaire to the respondents. The sample collection method used slovin method. The amount of sample in this research used 64 respondents. The analytical method used multiple linier regression analysis with instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) application of 23 version. The result of this research used compensation, leadership style and work characteristic gave effect on the employee’s work satisfaction at PT. Krisanthium Offset Printing Surabaya. The result indicates thet the model feasible to use for further analysis. The result obtained coefficient correlation of 52.20%. This showed that the correlation between those variable on the emplyee’s work satisfaction having close correlation. The examination also indicated that the variables of compensation, leadership style and work characteristic partially gave significant and positive effect on the employee’s work satisfaction.
