Abstract

This study is intended to look at the customer responses of PT. Alfaria Trijaya Sidoarjo's source on employee performance, in order to obtain information about Self-Efficacy, Coaching and Compensation.This research aimed to examine and discuss the influence of Self-Efficacy characteristic, Coaching and Compensation to the employees performance i.e PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Sidoarjo. The description of the research population were employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Sidoarjo and the number of research samples were 96 respondents. The research method used quantitative and descriptive analysis research. The data collection method used questionnaire personally to the employees. The examination of this research used multiple linear regressions analysis, with the instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 23 version. The results of this research showed that Self-Efficacy and Coaching gaves significant and positive influence to the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, Compensation gave insignificant and positive influence to the employees performance. Furthermore, dominant variable was compensation because its coefficient correlation (r2) was greater than other variables.
