Abstract

This research aimed to find out andanalyze the effect of servic quality, price, and location on customers loyality. Positive service quality variables and significant price has a positive and significant effect, location has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty While , the popilation was cunsumers of Nindya drugstore, Surabaya. Mereover, the sample was 98 consumers of Nindya drugstore, Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used accidental sampling. In addition, te data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Meanwhile, the research result, from classical assumption test, concluded the model had fulfilled the criteria. Besides, t test an regression analysis concluded service quality, price, and location had positive and significant on customers loyalty. In brief, theowner of Nindya drugstore, Surabata wa expeted to consider more about the strategy of service quality, price, amd location as they could affect customers loyalty on re-buying at Nindya drugstore
