Abstract

Employees are one of the company assets. In other words, the employees’ performance takes an important role in achieving company’s goals. Therefore employees must be competent in their field and have high professionalism. As consequence, the employees’ high performance affect the company.This research aimed to determine the effect working discipline, motivation and working environment on the employees’ performance of PT. Hung Sheng Kreasindo Gravure Indonesia. While, the research was Causal-Comparative with 97 employees as sample. Moreover, the instrument in data collection used questionnaires. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.The research result concluded working discipline had positive and significant effect on the employees percormance. It meant, with company strict regulations and sanction swhich were appropriate for violators, the employees performance would to be increased. Likewise, motivations had positive and significant effect on the employees performance, as with the right motivation which were given to each employees, the higher employees performance would be achived. In addition, the working environment had positive and significant effect on the employees performance. It meant, by creating good working environment, the employees would be enthusiastic and felt comfort of working. As the result, the employees performance would be increased.
