Abstract

The employee performance is defined as the results of quality and quantity that have been achieved by an employee in carrying out his or her office duties and in accomplishing his or her responsibilities in the workplace. The research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of occupational health and safety, working motivation, and working dicipline on the employees’ performance. While, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Moreover, the population was the employees of PT Varia Usaha Beton in Porong-Gempol highway project. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which the sample was taken from all members of population. In line with, there were 54 respondents as sample. Besides, the instrument used questionnaire. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The research result concluded occupational health and safety, working motivation, and working dicipline had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. While, from R square of 0.617 or 61.7%, it concluded had dominant effect on the employees’ performance.
