Abstract

This research airned to find out the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), managerial ownership (KM) and Size on the firm value which was measured by Price Book Value (PBV) through financial statement of food and beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was quantitative. While, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. Moreover, the population was 18 companies of food and beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. In line with, there were 12 food and beverages companies which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. In addition, the data analysis techniqu used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded debt to equity ratio had negative effect and insignificant effect on the firm value. On the other hand, managerial ownership had positive and significant effect on the firm value. Besides, size had positive but insignificant effect on the firm value of food and beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017.
