Abstract

Human natural resources is the primary element of employees (as an individual) and can be developed optimally in achieving company’s goals and employees’ performance development. This research aimed to find out the effect of interpersonal communication, working stress and motivation on the employees’ performance of PT Wong Bejo Joyo, Surabaya. The research was quntiative. While, the sampling collection technique used nonprobability sampling in which there were 63 respondent.Morever, the population was all employees of PT Wong Bejo Joyo Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression, model proper test, and hypothesis test with SPSS version 22. The research result concluded interpersonal communication had significant effect on the employees’ performance with the t-test significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Likewise, the working stress as well as motivation employees’ had significant effect on the employees’ performance with the t-test significance of 0.024 < 0.05.
